Carlo Sestito

Financial Advisor

Carlo is responsible for the planning and operations of the company. With over 20 years of experience specializing in the fields of financial services and asset management, he is responsible for the firm’s Financial Services Division. Carlo assists clients in attaining their financial goals by creating and executing wide-ranging strategies aimed at building assets that may be applied to asset management, retirement purposes or other financial objectives.

He is a 20 year member of the Monmouth-Ocean Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, as well as a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He is also a member of the Monmouth University Blue/White Club, serving on its Planned Giving Committee; a former member of the Prudential Leaders Council and past Chairman of its Managed Money Subcommittee for Prudential Agents council; and a member of the Professional Insurance Association. 

Carlo resides in Wall Township with his wife, Donna and his three children, Sam, Nicole, and Joseph. Carlo and Donna are alumni of Monmouth University, West Long Branch, New Jersey.

Michael C. Stout

Employee Benefits Coordinator

Michael Stout deploys a combination of industry experience, accrued knowledge, and insight to excel at providing companies with comprehensive, cost-efficient healthcare plans. Michael works on an individual basis with each client to ensure that the appropriate health coverage is not only obtainable, but also maintainable for the long term. To that end, he works closely with clients to establish lasting "partnerships" that will evolve over time along with the changing nature of employee benefit programs.

He is a 12 year member of the Monmouth/Ocean Chapter of the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters and is a member of the Board of Directors for Alyssa’s Angels, a 501(c)(3) organization for children with disabilities. 

Michael resides in Ocean Township, NJ, with his wife, Karen and daughters, Shelby, Sydney, and Sadie. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, VA, in 1987.

  • I will assist our clients in the ongoing process of assessing employer and employee needs, objectives, and priorities in order to ensure that current benefit arrangement are meeting organizational objectives.
  • I will assist our client companies in the implementation of cost effective employee benefit and retirement programs that help foster a sense of mutual loyalty, commitment, and productivity within the organization.
  • I will play an active role in the benefit communication process in order to enhance employee understanding, appreciation and value from the benefit program.
  • I will conduct annual marketing studies to review the appropriateness of current benefit arrangements from the standpoint of overall benefit / cost levels, while taking into consideration competitive offerings within the industry and the financial capabilities of the employer.
  • I will seek to consistently exceed client expectations in the areas of service and responsiveness as we proactively respond to any administrative or claim issue and seek their resolution in a timely manner.
